Hello everyone! Happy New YEARSSS! What! It is 2016! This past year seriously flew by so fast. "New year, new me.";"New year, same me.";"Leaving everything behind in the past and moving forward."..etc. During this first week of the new year, people often take time to make new years resolutions. I have never been one to make a list of new years resolutions. I am a firm believer in goals for sure, so that is what I will be doing. Holding on to things of the past is a bit tricky. One shouldn't dwell on the things of the past, instead one should use what happened in the past to build them up for what is to come, to grow, adjust your focus and change what you need to change in order to get to where you want to be. If not the things of the past can become hindrances for the growth that is to come in this new year. So make goals until your pen runs out of ink and you run out of pages on your notebook. But be intentional about everything that you write down and make sure you do your best to see them through. Failure is inevitable but it will also propel learning and much growth. A lot of things can happen in a year, I am excited for what is to come in 2016 for not only me, but for all of you! Thank you for coming along in this journey with me this past year. I can't wait to share my life with you and all that happens this new year!
Now I am off to write some goals, myself!
Happy New Years, may this year bring abundant grace, love, and blissful moments!
